(01)The brief
Every drop meant a weekend of manual work: products entered twice, stock checked by hand, launch emails written from scratch. The old theme slowed to a crawl on phones, where most orders start.
(02)What we did
- 01
Rebuilt the storefront around how the range is actually sold: drops, sizes, colourways and restocks.
- 02
Moved product data into one source the CMS, the store and the email platform all read from.
- 03
Automated stock sync and the launch, back-in-stock and abandoned-basket emails.
- 04
Tuned every template for mobile first: image sizes, font loading, a lighter checkout.
(03)The build
What we built
- Storefront + product templates
- Drop-ready CMS
- Stock sync
- Email automation
- Mobile checkout
Scroll the page to scroll the store.
(04)What changed
What changed
A drop goes live from the CMS in one pass, not a weekend.
Stock, product pages and emails stay in step without anyone copying data.
The team edits collections and campaigns without waiting on a developer.
